I ordered an item in March through max fashion app. I raiswd return request within the eligible timeline. App showed refund initiated and item will be picked up. Its been two months and item is yet to be picked up and refund is not processed. I have called their customer care several times. They keep saying concern is raised and item will be picked up . But hasnt happened yet. I have lost faith in them. Now my app also shows item delivered...

We are an award-wining exhibition company providing platform to designers. We are harassed when people call for non delivery of products or you send an email with this regard.

Your website has put our contact (numbers, address and email id after searching from internet) attached to some other Fashionista which is a fraud company.

Kindly delete our contact and email id from this Fashionista.

They are providing not same product shown and after delivery they don't response .
Don't shop bcoz they are fraud.

I got a wrong product...

I ordered for 5 bras online n received the cheapest quality 3 bras with the box filled with heavy cardboard to feel heavy... The main issue is that the courier guy took my money n ran away... It was COD Delivery, he had to take 600 n return my 400 but the moment I took the courier n just return to keep it he ran away with the remaining money... N I was so helpless that i couldn't even run after him as I had my child at home... In just few...

I am very disappointed by this activity the product delivered is not which I have ordered and it's quantity is also less it's was the pack of 8 and l got only 3 and it's only 3 bra which is not of a good quality if you guys are not going to take a proper action then i must have to please kindly return it and refund my money back....

I have ordered Regular Wear Cotton Women Backless V Neck Bra Panty Set (Pack of 8) cost rupees 599 from fashionistas365 site and received some fake products covered with dust and fully damaged.
