I had placed an order prepaid on the website on November 11 and it still hasn’t been delivered or even shipped. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email but they have never replied even once. I am unable to even cancel the order. I tried contacting them again but they never responded. Their customer service does not respond to any mails and they don’t have a phone number through which to contact them either. I would like to get a refund for the product.
