I had placed an order for a wristwatch on August 20th and made the full payment online at the time of purchase. However, it has been almost two months, and I have still not received the product. Their order tracking system is not working, and there is no active customer support number to reach out to. I have already sent previous reminders, but there has been no update from their end. Please look into this matter urgently .Would be nice if they arrange for immediate dispatch of my order or initiate a full refund if the product cannot be delivered.
