I purchased a shoe from fashos.com. When order it shows one size, after ordering it shows another size. So i immediately gave return request. They didnot respond. After repeated complaints, they responded after 4 days. They simply told, the parcel is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Though it is a paid parcel, i cannot do anything. It is totally a cheating activity. Such should be banned. They made it purposefully. Was this information helpful? |
