I purchased a shoe from fashos.com. When order it shows one size, after ordering it shows another size. So i immediately gave return request. They didnot respond. After repeated complaints, they responded after 4 days. They simply told, the parcel is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Though it is a paid parcel, i cannot do anything. It is totally a cheating activity. Such should be banned. They made it purposefully....

Being a first time user, it's Worst experience which anyone could have assumed for. Second day of the Shoe and upper is not at all supporting the Soal and its almost out. No one is ready to support from any front, money is what this company believes in, instead of Customer's and experience which has been delivered to them.
Other order was delayed by 9 days and fake information on the site and all were repeating the same line, after...
