Fast Deals Today — didn't receive, item being charged $14.95

I did not receive the item i ordered approximately a month ago, that i was charged $4.95 for. My card was then billed for $14.95, not for a purchase i made, which i assume will be a repeating charge for an item i did not order and a membership i do not need. I would like to be refunded for all the charges and have my information removed from this scam. Thank you.
