Fast Deals Today — paying for a subscription i didn't apply/ ask for and was not notified about it!

I have had to pay for a subscription that i was not told about when i bought my item! I was not informed and am down money. I don’t earn much and this has been taken from me! I’m outraged! This needs to be solved otherwise i will take any further actions needed! I am appalled and not satisfied! My item has not arrived, a month later, and you have billed be £11.50!!!
