I bought a blouse from this online store Fastroly, invoice number FS7294, invoice date 07.03.2019 time 18:35:41. Order number FT[protected], Order date 06.03.2019, time 15:24:34. According to the description it was supposed to be a readymade stitched designer blouse. However I just got a piece of cloth and not a blouse. This piece of cloth is worn out and it is giving way in most places. Only now I saw and read comments from people on how this company is scamming everyone by always sending some cheap product and not refunding money or replying to their emails. As there was no tracking link I had e-mailed care.[protected]@gmail.com as stated in their website regarding the delivery process. However I received no reply. Attached a picture of the product I ordered and the product I received. Address as on the parcel received is DPL- Fastroly, 110, Kuberji Textile Park 2, Delhigate, Surat- 390002.

I ordered 2 ready made blouses worth 1450 from FASTROLY and today I got only the material which is njot even worth 200 rs. I have mailed the team initiating return but no response. Please help as we are getting cheated and 1500 is not a small amount for us.
