Fastroly.com — order and delivered product don't match and of very poor quality

I had ordered via Order Number: FT[protected] the recent cash on delivery order that I had placed with fastroly Neither of the items delivered matches the order I had placed. The blouse that I ordered is of very poor quality and unstitched. But when I ordered it did say it was unstitched. I had written to them that would like to cancel the order and requested them to refund Rs.1700 cash on delivery. I sent the photos of the items I had received. I feel cheated. They don't respond to the number on the site or the mail I sent to the mail id on the site.
