Fastroly.com — order designer blouses 3 nos. but was cheated no refund till date no response

But they have cheated and delivered some cheap blose material and no such designer blouses.

Several mails and phones calls are all going deaf.

My order no. Was ft[protected]

Feel totally cheated and helpless.

The company needs to be cheated.

I even requested for return and refund on facebook.

I day suddenly somebody picked up the phone on their so called no and on yelling at him he asked for an account no (Which he should have known from where the payment came) which i sent on mail.

But again no response no refund.

The company needs to be seriously punished for their cleverness of fraud and cheating

I even requested for return and refund on facebook.

Updated by Rajkumari Mehndiratta The fastroly idiot picks up the phone when you call from a different no than previously called every time you call he blocks your current phone no.

He has gone to another extreme, he has even siphoned Rs.10000/- from my son's bank account through google pay just now on the pretext that he needs a google pay account to refund the money (sayiing he can only refund in google account).

I have been terribly cheated, hope the consumer forum will take the strictest action possible and put him behind bars.
