I have ordered a saree from Fastroly and I got a completely different one. I mailed them with picture of saree.
They are charging Rs 250 for processing + I have to bear courier charges. They are sending different saree then I should bear the charges.
And they mailed that after receiving product they will refund the amount is Fastroly account. If they are sending different product then how I will trust and order some different product.
When I mailed them my concern, they are not giving any reply and they don't have any phone number.
Can anyone here please suggest from where we can lodge complaint against Fastroly. Was this information helpful? |
