Fastroly — wrong delivery of the product

I ordered one kurti for my wife but the product on display is quite different from what has been delivered. Delivered item is of quite low quality also. Then i forwarded the mails to them many times regarding this but invain. No one is replying the mail. Don't know how to return it. This is quite callous attitude from this online store fastroly.com. Kindly suggest.
