But they have delivered a cheap terrycot fabric for which i have raised a return request the same day of receiving. No they are denying taking it back. They have written "7 days no questions asked", even though the product is entirely different to what they have described. They have even not replied to my last email on 15th feb.

Please ask them to take the product back and return my money.
