I had booked a cab 3 days in advance for 12 Feb 2023 9.15am to go to the airport, to take a 11am flight. When I called the driver at 8.30am on 12 Feb and asked him to come at 9.15am, he told me that, it would take only 20mins to go to the airport and there is no need to go so early, so asked him to come at 9.30am. The cab kept saying that he will be reaching in 5 mins from 9.20am and he finally reached only at 9.50am.
Due to this cab delay, I had to miss the flight and incurred a loss of Rs.26, 890. Fast Track is refusing to pay the compensation.
