Hi.. Taxi driver I am travelling did not choose right route. He took very long distance. And still travelling. We cannot reach the place at right time
And also rash driving. He is going to charge more for this travel. Too bad...

Cab was booked on Muthukadu to goprasanallur on 09/07/23 through their app. Estimated fare was only rupees 1791 but final fare was rupees 1911, driver said toll is to be added and charged rupees 2005. 214 difference is coming for fare. I had booked a cab 3 days in advance for 12 Feb 2023 9.15am to go to the airport, to take a 11am flight. When I called the driver at 8.30am on 12 Feb and asked him to come at 9.15am, he told me that, it would take only 20mins to go to the airport and there is no need to go so early, so asked him to come at 9.30am. I booked a can for going from Mylapore to MGR central station at 4.45am on 2nd Jan 2023. The booking was done on 29th. I was told that cab and driver details would be provided on 1st Jan. FastTrack is very poor service. Customer care is not responding on time. Always delay in the taxi service and not informing us on time. I have faced this problem for nearly 5 times that too whenever I want to goto hospital on appointment time.
