Hi.. Taxi driver I am travelling did not choose right route. He took very long distance. And still travelling. We cannot reach the place at right time

Hidden charges and Fare amount changed after ride completion

Cab was booked on Muthukadu to goprasanallur on 09/07/23 through their app. Estimated fare was only rupees 1791 but final fare was rupees 1911, driver said toll is to be added and charged rupees 2005. 214 difference is coming for fare. Misleading of customers through wrong charges. They also rounded off rupees 1822 to 1912. I had taken a screenshot during my ride and the final price was changed once the ride was completed. I had taken this matter to the customer service on 9th itself to no avail. Details are as follows:

When I booked I was told only Rs. 1050/-. After reaching home, they charged Rs. 1596/-. Plus they charged extra Rs. 200/- saying extra person and luggage. But while booking I have told all the details very clearly. I have booked the cab at 3 am but the cab came only at 3.30 am after repeated follow ups. The driver was very unprofessional and harsh driving. I talked non sense all the way. I am a long time customer. I will never book Fast track again. Can someone help me to file a case in the court?

I had booked a cab 3 days in advance for 12 Feb 2023 9.15am to go to the airport, to take a 11am flight. When I called the driver at 8.30am on 12 Feb and asked him to come at 9.15am, he told me that, it would take only 20mins to go to the airport and there is no need to go so early, so asked him to come at 9.30am. The cab kept saying that he will be reaching in 5 mins from 9.20am and he finally reached only at 9.50am.

Failure to provide a cab despite confirmation

I booked a can for going from Mylapore to MGR central station at 4.45am on 2nd Jan 2023. The booking was done on 29th. I was told that cab and driver details would be provided on 1st Jan. I rang up on 1st Jan and asked for reconfirmation as I had to catch a train at 5.50 am, and we were 4 senior citizens travelling. I was told that details would be provided by 3.45 am on 2nd. At 4 am today, since there was no text message, I called again. I was told they would get back to me in five minutes. At 4.35, there was still no news, so I called again - this time I was told no cabs were available! I can understand this happening, but I am very upset that they did not alert me in time. All o[censored]s are over 65, and we had to drag our luggage to the main road to look for alternative transport, and the tension of missing the train was unbearable. I want compensation for the financial and mental agony we had to endure.

Fare is very high when we end the trip
Have booked the cab for 40km with 4 hours package for 877rs in Chennai for 4 members as the representative stated with booking no FTP2653161. But when we closed the trip the charges will become 1268rs. Then checked with driver and he stated 30 min and 3km extra but for 3 hours how the charges will come to 1268rs?? I've given 1400rs to the driver. But what was my question is how the charges will increase so much within the travel time. Also I've raised a compliant with fast-track but they didn't respond. So I've booked a compliant here for clear solution. Please do the needful and don't cheat anyone like this. Thanks

We have booked the cab from Tirunelveli to vilathikulam at 8 pm on Sunday. Office people told about the price as Rs.2300 for AC. After came the driver, he told that it will be around 3000. But again we called the office people. They told the lie to me. At midnight we have cancelled the cab. We moved just 7 km from the new bus stand to the vannarpet. He charged me Rs.250. From the office, they send SMS for Rs.100. for the one hour package. But we gave Rs.250 to the driver. Also, the driver used vulgar language. Kindly take the action.

Abusive and headweight drivers who treat customers so cheap
Booking ID APP2207932.Travelled between chennai central station to Ponneri at 20:00 PM with my mother. The driver (MUKUNDAN)was wearing lungi and was too abusive.He brought a different vehicle (TN10BB5125) whereas his fast track registerd number was TN18AR8534 and there was no headlight but only fiog light in this non registered vehicle. He stopped on road multiple in between to repair lights but no luck, to urinate, to split.Are we paying you fast track to tolerate.When questioned, he answers if you dont wish to travel, just get down in a abusive.He was been yelling all the way to us though we quit. After all I have a lady with me and its night in a lonely raod, so I completed the travel without taking any actions.Now a days fast track drivers becoming more abusive. Recently Booking ID : APP2207932, driver argued me to pay 200 extra from bill amount which was refunded after complaint to FastTrack .Do customers need to raise for travel stuffs which they pay too ?

Very poor and rude behaviour of the fast track call taxi driver

My father (Murugesan 60/m) made a booking with fasttrack services with booking id 51200 on 10th april 2017. The tariff package was rs2200. Recieved a confirmation sms from fasttrack. (Veh no tn12c7538 cell [protected]). On contacting the driver, he refused the tariff package and demanded more. He also shouted and abused us calling bad names. Really very poor behaviour from the driver side. Didn't expect this from fasttrack. This was the first time experience and this will be the last time with fasttrack calltaxi services. Uber and ola are far good.. And more customer friendly. Fasttrack should first teach some manners and discipline to their drivers. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful. Awaiting your reply.

Very poor service and not sent the taxi to venue as booked

I never ever faced this kind of poor service from fast track. We are using the fasttrack call taxi service from last 4 yrs.
We are staying in kundrathur 15kms away from Chennai. We have booked ur call taxi for many times.
But I was not satisfied with ur call taxi service on 15-May-2012. My sister has booked the call taxi over phone on 15-May-12
@ 10AM. She has booked the call taxi & confirms the rates and the customer care office informed that taxi will be available
@ the specified time.
I have booked Tatkal(2 tier AC) ticket for my family(Wife, Parents(>60), Sister, nephew, my kid 3 months old) from Coimbatore
to Chennai on 15-May-12. Our train reached Chennai central @ 3:10PM. We have booked our taxi @ 3:30PM and booking id is
69937. I have waited in Chennai central for more than 20 mins, I didn’t get any call or msg from fast track. Then I called your
Fast track service again, thy informed to go and pick the call taxi from stand. What kind of service you are providing to your
regular customer. I didn’t like the approach and we were keep on waiting in the station and no one has informed from your
company regarding this. With all luggage we went to the stand and there people asking us to pay Rs.40 for parking fee?
For wat the heck we need to pay this amount and no one is there to address and resolve our issue.
Later I had no choice, I have paid Rs.40 and tried to take call taxi ASAP. But there ur fast track officers are playing their customers

this issue. Please inform all ur concerns to them. But till now, I didn’t get any call from them regarding this issue.

Drunk and Abusive drivers

I used to be a regular customer of fasttrack call taxi in chennai - which kind of has a monopoly in chennai till recently. It changed on 1st April.
On 1st April I booked a call taxi for hourly package. The driver seemed to have problem locating my address. He called us around 8 times asking for directions and he still could not figure out the address. We knew something was wrong. During the last call he abused the place we live. I told him I do not need his taxi. In 2 minutes he reached the residence (45 minutes behind scheduled time) and started fighting with us using abusive language with sexual tone. We realized he is drunk. He started manhandling my father. We called up fasttrack office and told them the situation. Their response was - 'go to the police station and complain'. They did not bother to take any responsibility for the drivers they send. When the neighbours and shop owners intervened the driver left. I spoke to the fasttrack office again and they said they will act. After a day I wrote a mail to their complaints mail id and asked them to inform me what action has been taken. No reply till date. Worst part of this episode is not he driver's behaviour - but the refusal of Fasttrack to take any responsibility and act and manage customers. End of the day, they just lost few customers from our colony (me and others who witnessed it). We started using other taxi services...

fasttrack call taxi in chennai central asked me Rs 500 for drop to madipaakam saying that meter taxi not availble. when i said it will come aorund 380 Rs. and i cant pay that much, the staff was laughing . do they really care for customer? is that any authority to take action into the looters?

I have faced the same kind of problem today in Bangalore.I booked a cab for 3:30am from GR Tech Park to T.C Palya 2 hours prior to the pickup time.At the pickup time two different drivers called me and asked for my location and after that they never turned up.I called the help desk and someone called Sundar picked up the call with a sleepy voice and asked for my details for four to five times.First he said that he cannot see any booking in his system and after that he suddenly saw a booking from M.G road which didn't make sense to me.When I asked him to escalate the matter to his manager.He said that he will send the cab in 10 mins.I don't understand whether they pay any attention to passenger's time or not.Being a passenger we always book cab so that we cab reach somewhere on time,if that's not fulfilled using these kind of service is worthless.

I had booked for a trip from MIOT hospitals to Kolathur at 18:30 in your Fast track call taxi at 12:50 pm . And the representative said my booking number is "8413".
I did not received any SMS on that booking also any phone calls on confirming the booking.
By 17:45 i had called again Fast Track for confirming the Driver's no/Vehicle no. But the customer care executive replied that the booking...

Not sending taxi and cancelling the booking.

Hi,
I am a regular customer of Fasttrack Call Taxi. I had booked(Booking #6547) on 12/2/2012 for a journey from Kodungaiyur to Virugambakkam. Also on the return journey I booked (Booking #11542) on 12/2/2012 for a journey from Virugambakkam to Kodungaiyur. I made this booking at 4:00 PM for a journey at 7:30 PM. However at 6:30 PM I received a sms stating that my booking has been cancelled due to heavy booking and asked me to contact [protected] for complaints. That number was swithced off.
I spoke to Fast track customer care agent at 7:30 PM and asked her to look for a car and send it to us immediately, she confirmed that we would get the call from the Driver within 45 mins, however Even after an hour they did not have anything. When I spoke to the Cust. Care Agent , he was adamant and just told me that we can cancel any taxi and my booking has been cancelled and I have to look for a any other mode of transport at 8:00 pm IST
This is the horrible time up I had in Fast track cal taxi.

Poor Service

FastTrack is very poor service. Customer care is not responding on time. Always delay in the taxi service and not informing us on time. I have faced this problem for nearly 5 times that too whenever I want to goto hospital on appointment time.
@FastTrack: Pls try to change your customer support as they are unable to track or route us properly. We r booking cabs for some emergency purpose, but you people taking it silly and finally we r ending up in tension. Since you r very good in the business market, you are not caring for some customers out of thousands customers.
Pl. value our feedback and try to gain your customers.

I had booked a taxi on 25.08.11 in online to go chennai central from zamin pallavaram. On 26th morning i called their booking number and confirmed. They told at sharp 7pm , the taxi will come... But after 7.15pm it will not came.. So i contacted them.. At that time they r telling no taxi available in that location and they will try to arrange another one... At last they called and told their taxi will late to come.. So i waited and missed my train by the irresponsible dealing of this bloody Rascals taxi service.... If they informed atleast 7pm, i wil arrange someother taxi.... now i realise that fasttrack is a waste service.... i am not interested to suggest anybody about fasttrack call taxi.... utterwaste service.....
