I had requested for AC service & paid for AC service. But the driver did not switch on the AC but opened all the four windows in full and we had to travel with lot of polluted air and dust with high flow wind dashing on our face. We felt very inconvenient. I raised a complaint with Fast track. The executives say we cant give you any partial refund also, because it is your fault. You should have asked him to switch on AC. They told me you are free to go to whatever level you want. But it is your fault, we cant give you any refund. This is atrocious.
