Favobliss — Credit Card Fraud Amount Charged

I recently came across the Favobliss website and was interested in purchasing a portable air conditioner. I proceeded to enter my credit card details and initiated the order. However, after an hour, I came across several negative reviews about the company and decided to cancel the order immediately. Since the order had not yet been processed, I contacted their representative, who assured me that the order was not placed and would be cancelled.

Despite this assurance, my card was charged the next day. I followed up with another call, and again, they promised the order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued in a few days. Since then, I’ve been consistently following up, but each time the person kept postponing the refund. Eventually, he started blaming me, claiming the issue was with my bank, and flatly refused to return my money.

His behavior became increasingly rude and unprofessional. He even said, "Do whatever you want, I won’t return your money." After this, I raised a dispute with my bank. They investigated and informed me that the refund ID he provided was fake. It became clear that this individual and his company are not legitimate.

There are also numerous online complaints about this person and Favobliss. I have sent them a legal notice as well, but there has been no response. This seems to be a recurring scam they run on unsuspecting customers.

Please be extremely cautious. Avoid purchasing from Favobliss or dealing with any of their representatives. They are fraudulent and have deceived many others.
