I ordered a Bluestar portable ac for RS:32999 with order ID:- [protected]. And after 1-2 weeks they are given a response like, they can't deliver the item due to out of stock issue with their partners that were also due to continuous follow-up through email. And offered a refund within 1 week.

But the amount is still not credited and they offered a refund on[protected]. So I tried to contact them through the customer care email...

I have ordered havells straightener paid 1399rs
They showed the amount is refunded but not refunded
Also they are unreachable via email and contact no. On website plz help...

I have placed an order for PhilipsShaver QP2532/20 and paid 2030/- online. The tracking number they sent doesnot exist .I have emailed them multiple times but did not get any response.The customer care number is also turned off.Jindly adice to resolve the issue...

Customer care number is switched off and response for email, order not delivered, money detected. i feel its a fake website and frauds.
