Favobliss — Refund not given

I ordered a Bluestar portable ac for RS:32999 with order ID:- [protected]. And after 1-2 weeks they are given a response like, they can't deliver the item due to out of stock issue with their partners that were also due to continuous follow-up through email. And offered a refund within 1 week.

But the amount is still not credited and they offered a refund on[protected]. So I tried to contact them through the customer care email and phone but no response yet.
