The person by the name sukhivender singh sent me the photos of the scooty and told me that the price is 23000 he told that he is working in srinagar airport as cisf constable. I transferred him the money 3150 and the remaining amount he told me that u have pay on delivery time. For delivery u have to pay 3150. I do have all the recordings and photos of the same person. I trusted him because he told he is working in army. He didn't delivered any thing and finally changed his tone.in short he is looting the people in the name of indian army.
The details of the person are attached below and his phone number on the delivery card he sent.
I request your ward to kindly the action against he same person.
