Can u help me to make a complaint. I was cheated. I order a dress for marriage. I have order from fb. Her name is sarika patel. I have made her payment of 2600 via paytm. Now her cell is unreachable. She is from surat bardola. How do i complain. Wht wuld be the procedure. I got counsumer code number but it’s switch off. Please let know me. I don’t want to leave her like that.
