I had shopped 2 indian dresses from https://www.febdeal.in/ i choose cash on delivery. Bill amount was rs.1402/-. They have send me 2 faded used sarees (Not dresses) which is not at all relevant to what i ordered not even color print material. I believe its a fraud e-commerce company. I kindly request you to take some action as soon as possible. I have tried to call on the number they have provided. The number is invalid or unanswered i have also whatsapped them. But no reply. Number on website: [protected] and number on courier received: [protected]

I ordered an item of lahnga choli.My Order no 72961. But i have received wrong item. I complain on feb deal official website in return and refund form but still i have not any reply or return positive reply towards my complain. It's not a fair behaviour with us kindly make any positive and response. Plz make me reply on my mobile number [protected]

I have order saree with order no 84645 with cod of 647/- I ordered sare and received something else. I placed for return and refund on the same day but I did't received the refud yet it's been more than 10 working days. But no response yet and no refund of money. I want my refund earliest.
