I had ordered one lehnga and one kurti from your site on 11 september 2018

In place of ordered product, i have recieved two cheapest quality sarees not even a servant would accept it.
I raised a return request on 14th september and recieved a message that refund and return will be processed in 7 to 10 days.
Everytime you fill refund form, i get msg for another 10 days thats it.
Toll free number given on site does not exists.
Emails are showing delivery errors
They blocked me from facebook on messaging and commenting
It is highly disappointing.
Kindly let me know how can i recieve the refund.
