Wrong and worst quality item delivered by febdeal and there is no response to return material or refund.
This is regarding the order number 60449, where i ordered for lehengas and received worst quality sarees.
The website does not provides the option to check the status of return or refund. Also the contact number bis fake, where the number is not reachable. There is no means to reach them and get resolved our issues.
Requesting the concerned authority to take action and do favour.
With this fake website we are loosing money and also in future with this there will be no trust to buy items through online shopping.
