Feb Deal — wrong product delivered and fraudulent

Ordered kurtis for 1824 rs. Received some cheap sarees not worth even 500 rs. It's a big scam and they are luring people. They put four packages inside with different delivery address some where in the northern states. Only the top cover they put my address and obviously cheated us. Its a pure case of fraud. Tried calling their customer care number. They don't respond. Need a refund of the amount. Can some action be taken about this company so others needn't go through this pain and lose hard earned money.
