Dear team,

i having gold loan in fedbank financial service ltd rajkot kothariya road branch when we are going to take loan they give service and when we where went to close our gold loan branch staff miss behave and not gave valid answer and every time their software not working is it valid reason ?
customer come to take loan at the time of loan they not tell to customer we have facing software problem.
