Dear Team,

I have taken the mortgage loan from the FedBank Financial Services.
The loan number is FEDPORSTL0479533.
I have pre closure the loan on[protected] by giving the DD for pre closure amount.

I have surrendered the DD to the concern person and got acknowledged.
(Please refer the attachment DD no: 334991 dated on[protected]

Still I am not received the property documents from the bank. We are in some emergency requirement for the family and we are waiting last one month. Kindly close this isuue as soon as possible.

The Management, HR and committee are supporting fraudsters and their own people and have created a ruckus of my minor blunder.I have proofs wherein the fraudsters crime have been fabricated there just because of bias in religion supporting only maharashtrian community

          This is krishna rh from Bangalore i have been taken mortgage loan in your bank and i am fed up of paying only interest to bank and decided to close the account last month i.e Feb 23 2023 i have visited jaleta towers and submitted the closure form and they informed me by 10days you will get but almost it is 15days i have not received any letter hopeless customer service disappointed still how many years you people need to send one simple closure letter you people are working are not i don't understand.

            I have taken a loan of Rs.100000/- from Fedbank Finance in 2019. Now I have transferred this loan to another company with lower interest rate. I approached Fedbank, Tirunelveli branch asking for foreclosure letter for last two months. Till now the Fedbank staff at the branch did not give me any response and did not respect me. I was very distressed and told this to my son. I convey this message to you through my son. .

                      In my CIBIL report one gold loan account of Rs 28, 172/- is active and overdue amount is showing 29, 885/- from Fed Bank Financial Services Ltd. But I have neither taken any gold loan nor I have been contacted by any representative of above mentioned company. It has been opened way back in 26/12/2020 without my information. This has been affecting my CIBIL score badly. I want to know how this account has been opened without my information. It should be closed immediately and I should get account closure and no due certificate from the respective company.

                                My Name is Hari krishna s/o P Mallesh my father availed gold loan vide account number : FEDALCOGL1240583and he has expired on 31/05/2021 . We want to release the gold ornaments and provided all necessary documents to release the gold ornament except the legal heir certificate.

                                    I’ve requested Fedbank (porur branch) for preclosing my ongoing property loan (Application form no: 50183) and submitted a request letter on 9th Nov 2021 and they have told it will be actioned within 1 week, but still there was no action taken and the loan interest amount it is getting debited continuously for 2 months, when I called them they are saying it will be done in 2 - 3 days. sometimes there is no response from them, it has been 2 months still no action has been taken from their end for preclosing my loan, Kindly escalate this to next level.
