Hi sir/madam
i have gold loan account in FEDBANK financial services in Nanganallur branch.my gold loan account number is:FEDGL[protected].i was taken gold loan on 15-MAY-2023. now i want to close my account and release my jewels. The fedbank bank branch authorized person name is GUNASEKARAN and he was not response my phone calls and branch visit also. I visit the branch from the month of December 2023.every time they are told system not working, server down we can't get your loan details so come after some days. But they are not giving proper answer for close my account. The staff GUNASEKARAN was very unresponsible. they are not allow to close my gold loan account. They charging extra interest and penalty charges so far .i have lots of mental pressure because this problem kindly take action against GUNASEKARAN and recover my gold jewels.

    i had given my property documents (xerox copy) with Sales Executive Mr. Pujan Chauhan and Sales Managar Mr. Kaushal, both are sits in CG Road Branch Ahmedabad.

    Fedbank staff is given service bed, also loss my property documents.
    Staff is very careless. non responsible.

    I need my property documents (xerox copy).

    i want to know that how it's loss documents.

      I have taken the mortgage loan from the FedBank Financial Services.
      The loan number is FEDPORSTL0479533.
      I have pre closure the loan on[protected] by giving the DD for pre closure amount.

      I have surrendered the DD to the concern person and got acknowledged.
      (Please refer the attachment DD no: 334991 dated on[protected]

      Still I am not received the property documents from the bank. We are in some emergency requirement for the family and we are waiting last one month. Kindly close this isuue as soon as possible.

            My name is Tanneru Venkayamma, My husband expired on 16th March 2023 and I approached bank for transfer of my husband's gold loans

            I am a Widow and I have submitted all required documents to bank.

            As a final stage, manager asked me to sign on notary stamp documents where I was mentioned as deceased, and there are many mistakes in the stamp papers and I informed the same to the bank manager, He reluctantly responding and misbehaving.

            There is no friendly environment at bank and since 2 months I am continuously approaching bank but I am hopeless and I fell unsafe.

            I am attaching stamp documents.

            Please do take immediate action over this. I hope this complaint reduces my grivience.

Now the bank higher officials reacted at a faster rate with due respect I could able to transfer gold. I am very happy over this. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in

The Management, HR and committee are supporting fraudsters and their own people and have created a ruckus of my minor blunder.I have proofs wherein the fraudsters crime have been fabricated there just because of bias in religion supporting only maharashtrian community

                This is krishna rh from Bangalore i have been taken mortgage loan in your bank and i am fed up of paying only interest to bank and decided to close the account last month i.e Feb 23 2023 i have visited jaleta towers and submitted the closure form and they informed me by 10days you will get but almost it is 15days i have not received any letter hopeless customer service disappointed still how many years you people need to send one simple closure letter you people are working are not i don't understand.

                          In my CIBIL report one gold loan account of Rs 28, 172/- is active and overdue amount is showing 29, 885/- from Fed Bank Financial Services Ltd. But I have neither taken any gold loan nor I have been contacted by any representative of above mentioned company. It has been opened way back in 26/12/2020 without my information. This has been affecting my CIBIL score badly. I want to know how this account has been opened without my information. It should be closed immediately and I should get account closure and no due certificate from the respective company.

                              My name is Nadim. My business loan is running from Fedbank Financial Services Ltd, whose loan account number is FEDDLH0BL0488923. I'm requesting to the management of Fedbank Financial Services Ltd from last more than 1 month for the Foreclosure of my Loan Account but till now the Foreclosure letter has not been given to me by the Management of Fedbank Financial Services Ltd.                                       My Name is Hari krishna s/o P Mallesh my father availed gold loan vide account number : FEDALCOGL1240583and he has expired on 31/05/2021 . We want to release the gold ornaments and provided all necessary documents to release the gold ornament except the legal heir certificate.

                                      We have requested to company staff but initiated to submit the legal heir certificate. TS government is not issuing the legal heir certificate for private employees. Same was informed to Fedbank staff but not accepting to release the gold
