Respected sir/madam I availed two mortgage loans from fed bank financial services ltd chennai branch through loan a/c no fedpdrstl0477436 amount rs.12.40 lacs (Emi vintage 13 months), & a/c no fedpdistl0434629, rs30, 00, 000 /- (Vintage 24 months). I requested them for pre closure last one month back since i planned to sell my property. But still there is no response from institution end, i requested precloure on 26/4/2019 through a formal letter, i didn't get any response towards it, so sent a complaint letter on 2/7/19 and 11/7/19, received a call from mr. Rajkumar, manager, he was keep on questioning me about the reasons for closure, explained that i am not happy with the service nor with the interest rate and need closure letter, approached another bank and got the sanctioned letter for low interest, he demanded the sanitioned loan letter from another bank, i was forced to submit the same, he asked me to wait for two more days on 17/7/19 i received a conference call from delhi, where a person was talking with me in hindi, since i don't know the language i am unable to follow them eventually ended the call without any solution to my problem. Again on 19/7/19 i went and spoke with the manager mr. Rajkumar he informed me that precloure requires minimum of15 days time and asked me to come on 24/7/19, i called on 24/7/19 around 10am and enquired about the status to mr. Raj kumar, asked me to come after 5 pm to office, when i went and asked him he redirected me to mr. Mani credit manager, mr. Mani after 8pm again asked me to contact me. Rajkumar, he in turn asked me to wait for another 2 days, since i refused to wait, mr. Raj kumar started yelling at me in a loud voice in tamil stating. ""unnala mudinchatha parthuko ennalla closing letter tharamudiyachu"" and asked me to go out from office around 9.30 pm, i was literally shocked and embarrassed by his attitude, is this a way to treat a customer? On 25/7/19 i was again asked to submit the sanctioned order which was given by another bank through what s app messages from mr. Mani credit manager, still now i have not received the closure letter I am already undergoing medical meditation and this is creating depression in me, i am seriously fed off by the disgusting service of fed bank financial services. Please take my compliant seriously and kindly help to get fore closure from fed bank financial services ltd for my said loans. Regards, Dhanalakshmi. Verified Support Aug 05, 2019 FedBank Financial Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to the complaint posted by Mr./Ms. R. Dhanalakshmi with regards to issuance of foreclosure letter for loan account number: FEDPDISTL0434629 & FEDPORSTL0477436. We wish to inform you that as a part of retention efforts we were deliberating with the customer by providing him a top up facility. However; we could not accede to the customer’s request as it did not meet the eligibility criteria for proceeding with additional top-up facility. Further we wish to inform you that foreclosure letter has been issued to customer on August 2, 2019 for both the loan accounts running with us. We trust the above clarifies the position in the matter and request you to close the complaint in your records. | |
