Today I have visited Gandhinagar Fedbank branch, the way of talking of your branch staff and area manager is not good.They insulting customers and speaking volgur. Charging much amount for various process we surffed lot..we kept jewell for 3 months scheme branch charged me 900rs for 14 days .I asked reason they told this is penalty you did not bring original document for renewell...we paying interest regularly why? taking this much amount your terms and conditions did not mention this charge.
