This is reference to revocation of offer letter dated 18th june 2020. I received offer letter for acm role on 8th jan 2020 and same accepted by me on 10th jan 2020 and submitted my resignation copy to hr fedbank on same day. I was worked for almost 6 years in previous organization and left the same on words of your organization. Subsequently my notice period over on 7th april 2020 and left the previous organization. They tried to retained me till last day but went ahead with trust of your organization and commitment from zcm ashwini goud that u will honour commitment.
Now suddenly after waiting 70 days, received mail stating that offer letter is revoked. No background check or reference check done.
I was waited from 8th april 2020 to 18th june 2020 in the hope that onboard will be done but same not honoured by your organization.
This is really betrayed and feel cheated that how u can snatch someone job overnight, i was well settled in previous organization and if not left on your words i was secured today financially in lockdown since i was vintage employee in previous organization. Today jobless from last 70 days and further no idea when job will get due to market conditions.
As a organization what u get by ruined someone carreer, u called me done telephone interviews, offer letter released in one day and put pressure to resign in previous job and now u snatch my old job and failed to honor current job in your organization.
I m begging please provide justice, why done to this, why ruined my career, feeling mentally harrassed from last 5 days after receiving mail. Was this information helpful? |
