My gold ornament was released to a third party by your ramnagar branch staff without my intervention and signature. I top upped for housing loan. Money hasn't credited to my account when I contact manager he's treating me badly. When we borrow a loan, then are we your's slave ?This is the way he's treating me. I waited 7 months for outstanding payment.Till now he's not given me. [censored]ed up
