[Resolved]  Fedbank Financial Services — sub : regarding wrong payment in gl account

Dear sir,

I have a gold loan account with your company my loan account no is fedvar0gl1075026 (Amt:676000/-) and frdvar0gl1056882 (Amt:548500/-) and my total pos of 12 lacs loan in fedbank. My interest amount regular paid by me as well as in corona pendemic period i paid my all dues on time. But i m totally disappointed with your services due to unathical payment collected from your branch staff and still no any proper reply given by branch.
My one loan taken by me on 24/12/19 a/c no is fedvar0gl1075026 and other loan taken on 05/12/20 a/c no is frdvar0gl1056882 and i was paid interest regularaly in both account but on 24/12/20 i was paid interest on 04/01/20 in my gl a/c frdvar0gl1056882 and branch staff by mistake paid in fedvar0gl1075026 gl a/c thats why my account gone to be jumping interest still branch staff not informed me for this issue and when i was paid next dues in feb/20 inerest at that time also staff do not inform me and taken same as a regular interest and paid in same account. This unathical activity continue from last 3 months but branch staff do not informed me about this. Right now my total interest 19320/- in gl a/c... Shown with jumping interest and i dont know about it. Branch staff made me fool and collected regular interest and paid in my account so why i m pay extra jumping inerest in this account??

Please do needful for this issue.in this all metter no any information given to me by branch and this extra interest shown in system. I hope u will look in this case seriously and resolve ths issue.
