Federal Bank — Settlement issue

I applied for settlement for my credit card. So, they mentioned an amount for the settlement from the Bank letter head. And then I paid the mentioned amount on date.
Right now, it has been a week, and no updates was given for it. When I called credit card customer care also there responses where not valid enough.

I WANT TO KNOW MY SETTLEMENT STATUS.
