Fees Reimbursement — Fees not reimbursed for the academic year[protected] for B.tech chemical students in GMRIT college, Rajam

I was complete my B.tech chemical engineering from GMRIT College, Rajam[protected]. 10 months completed but till now I didn't get my diploma and B.tech original certificates due to last year fees was not reimbursed from government side.Here the problem is college people not willing to give my certificates until fees is paid by me or reimbursed by government.please take positive action about this issue
