People Plz Dont lose your life in Femtosoft Technologies.its not a company its a training institute.we can able to believe training institute also but Femtosoft Technologies is No.1 fraud company sorry training institute. After 3 months they will send you out.At the time of interview they told that you have pay 30k its not refundable amount and first 3 months no salary will provided after we will provide 5k and then they told based on your performance salary will increment.HR name called ANAND( MD – Murugan And FRAUD HR) he only took my last round of interview.He was brain washing me that regarding we have saudi project with in the month we going start that project we need 60 people for JAVA and 40 people for DOTNET. I Believed Anand words i joined in Femtosoft.Techniques they using to cheat people is...they say we give you three month training.Then do Evaluation which is totally different from what they gave in three months to make u out..I[censored] escaped from this evaluation they give u job 5k for first three month and 8k for next months..Then this company will start next Plan to Cheat us. this place totally insecure, you will get fear by seeing mans in this building, , they make u to leave from company after eight..no road no light no transport facility, company building inside slum area, u cant even walk alone in morning itself..u will be teased, chance of misbehave.company road full of pigs, buffaloes, cows, donkey. We've come a long way since we took people on the basis of a decent interview. We've learned a number of lessons on the way: first, a mistake in hiring a person costs you really in the long term, both in wasted training and in the excessive management time to try to keep them on track, so it's worth investing time in it. Second, even after the above process we can still get it wrong, so we are quick to terminate employment during the probation period if they turn out to be unsuitable. There is a saying: a company's largest unnecessary expense is the time between realising a person is not right for the role and subsequently doing something about it.
Thankfully we've not had to fire unsuitable recruits too often. This happened as we focus on fresher’s or final year students, who are willing to join as trainee, get them train in our project, After finishing the training, candidate with good technical knowledge will stay with us as an employee.
Thus this becomes a mutual benefit for both organisation and individual, in terms of having Good candidates and in terms of learning technical knowledge respectively.
