Fencyfab — product not received

I paid rs. 399 for buying kurti online at fencyfab.com website through my debit card, date 8 march 2018 till now no update on shipment and i did not received any product. Tried to contact customer care which is not at all connecting. Sent a mail which is bouncing back. Looks like its totally fraud company. Please take action against fencyfab and save the people money
