I ordered two kurtees from fancyfeb website, my order number is 40789 of amount 746.86 rs on 9th jan 2018, till date i didn't got my delivery, even i called many times provided by their number but that is switched off. I also mailed on their mail address 3 times but they didn't respond, i paid online amount of 746.86 rs becoz there is not available cash on delivery option. I want refund my amount.

I ordered a saree for 399 rs from fencyfab.com... Its been more than one month since i have ordered the same. I haven't received any confirmation mail yet... No product delivered. The payment amount mentioned above was debited from my account... I tried to contact them but no response.. They are showing fake email id and contact details in their website... I am very much disappointed in the service... I hope i get my problem resolved asap...

I ordered 3 sarees from this website and prepaid the whole amount on 24th feb. 2018. Since then i have not received any information about the order. I tried to contact them on their customer care no. They have given the fake phone no. Which is always switched off. Even i tried their email id that is also fake it always shows invalid address. Can anyone please suggest me how can i get back my 1500 bucks which i paid online.

I have order 6 sarees from fencyfab as the notifications popped up in facebook. I did not get any confirmation message from them when order completed. I paid through online payment. And when i got doubt and wanted to cancel the order, there is no way u can cancel the order or get refund of your money. It is all gone!! Very bad online shopping experience!! Please don't fall for the trap people. :- (

Received message for the same and there after no communication.

I tried calling several times but the phone was switched off.
I also sent mail and tried to raise my request over facebook, but i haven't received any response.

Please refund my money immediately.

I ordered 2kurtis on january 21st still now no messages from fency fab, my order no 43846, no email also. I paid 746 rs.
I need my money back, how to get my money back. Plz help me in this. I did online payment because it was not taking cash on delivery option

When i ordered i got one message apart from that no messages from fencyfab.com. It's a fake company, later i saw messages in google that it's a fake company they are not dispatching any products, even contact no is switched off.

I have ordered 2 kurti they have sent me one kurtiwhich is not match to my order and with that some small peaces of cloth, i have ordered 2 designer ckurti and i have recieved blue red cut piece nad one orange cut piece, which quality also very cheap, i have paid 950/- for this order they have cheated me i am not able to login also on this site... I had ordered for 2 semi stitched kurthi and i chose chas on delivery option, now i have paid full amount and received that package but which is delivered to me is a waste clothe which is not use of anything. The material which they had mentioned is cotton but material which is delivered is not cotton, i have been cheated from fencyfab. I need justice and my money back

I have ordered an anarkali jacket from the website fencyfab on 12/12/2017 but the product that was delivered to me on 18/12/2017 was totally different from the product i have ordered. Now i want to return the product but there is no response from them.

I had purchased a saree online from fencyfab and had ordered a blue ribbon saree, but the saree which i had received was red colour some rubbish saree and so i wanted to return the saree but its seems that the website is a fraud website and there are not such link available to return, neither a valid phone number available. So it is very difficult to return the saree and my money which i had spend is in lost. You need to take a strict action on this fraud website.

We had ordered a saree worth rs500, on delivery we received a plastic papers. Fake people i would like to raise an complaint and take severe actions against them. I wanted to return it but there was no option given to return their product. They are cheaters and have to be penalized, am ready to take this further till i get justice.

I received totally opposite product of the selected saree. Sent so many mails but no reply received. It's okay if received worwrong but actually it's not the worth saree and material of the amount paid. Even i sent it fofor return. I lost that amount also. It means 638+ 150. Please help for the same. Attached the pic of saree ordered (Pink) and received (Parrot green)...

I had placed an order of anarkali jacket kurta for women (Size s) on 7 december 2017. But today when i received my order it was a green-red combination suit (Which i did not order). I tried the provided contact number ([protected]) but they are fake people. Don't waste your money and time on this useless site.

I brought some products from fencyfab total bill amount is 1490. My invoice number is f11570.
I dropped many mails to given id but didn't get any response. Yesterday i putted a complain against that company on the cyber crime. Today morning i got a call from a person named rahul kumar he asked me to take back complain. He said company will return money in your account and he asked me my card number n i told him he took 10000 rupees from my account. That is company who cheated like in this way. Total amount i lost 11490 rs.

That is total fraud company.

I have fency fab owner email id. I mailed on this id. His name raship sharma.
His email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
He replied me this is my personal email id so don't send mail on his id.

These are totally theft.

Please do somthing against this fraud company

I ordered a red and white kurti but after that they delivered two pieces of worst clothes that is useless. After receiving, i tried to call them several times, but all of their contact numbers are switched off. I put a detailed mail to their mail-id: [protected]@gmail.com them, but did not get any reply. I really feel very helpless.
