i booked ticket vide PNR NO.RKTM8KLAF399 FROM PUDUKOTTAI TO SALEM BY A/C bus. the A/s was not working while on start up from the boarding point till drop at Salem.

myself with some co passengers made complaint with driver who;s
answer un acceptable. we paid high fare for A/c service but we traveled as
normal service though the window was not opened for free air . we met very hardship, sleepless, till landing landing at Salem .hence request you to refund the ticket amount
