i booked ticket vide PNR NO.RKTM8KLAF399 FROM PUDUKOTTAI TO SALEM BY A/C bus. the A/s was not working while on start up from the boarding point till drop at Salem.

myself with some co passengers made complaint with driver who;s
answer un acceptable. we paid high fare for A/c service but we traveled as
normal service though the window was not opened for free air . we met very hardship, sleepless,...

The product displayed is totally different to what was received. The telephone no is not responding.
I am a diplomat in india and it is sad we are cheated. I hope the authorities deal with them seriously and get our money back.
There is a whatsapp no tbey responded when making the purchase but not when we try to return.
