The app did not add the correct area based on the pin code due to which delivery boy was searching the address in different area and the order is not delivered even after telling the correct area to the delivery boy. The order status is updated as delivered but the item is not delivered. We received the call from company for feedback and we requested for refund of money but no action is taken.
