My order with FernsNPetals, details as in the screenshot attached order date 21/07/22), has been marked delivered on their app on 30/07/22 but it has NOT been delivered yet, recipient has not received it. The most ridiculous thing is that i have raised the query, a few times, with them but its been 6 to 7 days and i have had NO contact from them, NO update, NOTHING AT AL...I only calling them & raising quary then they jus saying sorry & giving...

The app did not add the correct area based on the pin code due to which delivery boy was searching the address in different area and the order is not delivered even after telling the correct area to the delivery boy. The order status is updated as delivered but the item is not delivered. We received the call from company for feedback and we requested for refund of money but no action...

Online ordered not delivered fully

I have ordered some flowers and cake from midnight delivery section for my wife's birthday on 11-May-2012 and order number was[protected]. The order was suppose to deliver between timeframe 11:30PM-to-12:30AM window on 13-May-2012. The nearest vendor has only delivered half of the order i.e. only flowers at 5 PM and no cake was delivered. The call center was consistently busy for the whole day and finally able to talk to one of the customer...
