Ferrous Infrastructure — non possession of flat

I have booked my flat In ferrous infrastructure Ferrous Hight sector 89 Faridabad, Haryana on July 2006 in B Tower and up to date I have already paid 95% of Flat approximate 37 lac along with serice tax, club membership, Power backup and All EDC, But after 12 year I am still waiting for Possession of Flat .

Can there is any legally way out to get money money back? Because I am staying in rented house and it is difficult me to waiting further more for this housing scheme.

Need your valuable advise to short out this issue
