Hi,

I have been cheated by the Ferrous. i booked a 3BHK flat in Dharuhera Project in 2012 and at the time of booking they said the flat will be handed over and i took loan for the same. its been more than six year now builder office is closed, phone is not been answered, nothing being done at the site. i feel like i have looted and said part is even the government is not able to do any thing....

I have booked my flat In ferrous infrastructure Ferrous Hight sector 89 Faridabad, Haryana on July 2006 in B Tower and up to date I have already paid 95% of Flat approximate 37 lac along with serice tax, club membership, Power backup and All EDC, But after 12 year I am still waiting for Possession of Flat .

Can there is any legally way out to get money money back? Because I am staying in rented house and it is difficult me...

I have a flat of ferrous infrastructre at sec 89 faridabad. I have made complete payment of the same and made this booking on 6th march 2006. But they have not received any oc yet and have failed on all their promises. I want to connect to people who are fighting a case, if any, against ferrous infrastructure pertaining to sec 89 faridabad case, as i would also like to join in with them.
