Ff Earn — ask us to pay an amount of 7200 rs which is refundable and 6300 rs for non refundable amount to unblock my account

So i got a call from a employee of this company which offered me a work from home job and since we dint have to pay in upfront i was interested in it. My first day of this 10 day project was on 16/6/2020 and unluckily we had a power cut for the day and my laptop was out of battery.in the evening i login the account and it shows blocked. I was shocked because i didnt use multiple login or any illegal way of login. I called the helpline number and they ask us to pay an amount of 7200 rs which is refundable and 6300 rs for non refundable amount to unblock my account. I asked for the reason for getting it blocked they say it is because i dint logout my account. Now what should i do?
