Ffearn Company — Fraud false by FFEARN COMPANY

I am a student. I live in lucknow. I received a call my a girl she asked me for work from home where I dont need to pay any amount. The phone no. Of a girl is [protected] she called me more then 50 times for the same. She made very promising statement that u need to complete some form with 90% accuracy in 10 days and after 10 day they will provide money there after they did not give any work and a person who claimed himself to be an advocate and name itself Chirag rajput called me and said u have brreached the company contract and was initially asking me to pay 5200rs thereafter when I called him back he said that he is an advocate at ahmedabad highcourt and registered a case in my name.

Surprisingly I found that they r fake that I have breached a contract but they have mentioned the FIR no. And the IPC section which are
1. Section 73, 74 -Solitary confintement and its punishment
2. Section 420- cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
3. Section 422- dishonestly or frauddulently preventing debt being available for creditors

The above section are of criminal law not of a contract law which clearly show that the company is fraud and dishonestly made us liable to pay money. Also I have seen the previous complain and in every registered ded the registration no. Is same ie BZ31206.
