Fiat India — complaint about part unavailability since a month

My car met a accident last month in July' 17, i have drooped down it to DRS Fiat, Gurgaon, Haryana on 03rd August.

Both RH side doors should be replaced, workshop ordered on 06/082017.

I do the follow up and registered a complaint on FCA customer care on 18/08/2017 regarding the same. After regular follow up of 10 days still i don't know when the my problem will be resolved.

It is almost a month passed away but still i don't know when my vehicle will be delivered. it is a regular part and you can solve this within a week. Ultimately i am suffering

Updated by gautamyadav00 after follow ups of 100 calls & mails still problem not get resolved and they are writing such type of mails.

NO SYSTEM OF TRACKING AND MONITORING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, POOR MANAGEMENT YOU CAN SAY THE DEPARTMENT IN FIAT DOESN'T EXISTS.
