Fiat India — Fiat Punto | |||||
I have given Fiat Punto for service 8 months ago with complaints like AC overflow, Insufficeint engine oil pressure error, airbag error, power window. But still they couldnt resolve these issues. Everytime they used to say they will resolve this in 2 days. Their service managers Mr. Vivin or CRM managers not responding the phone calls. We need to travel around 12 kms to reach Fiat service (CAI Industries Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore) I dont know when I can get the car back. Their estimate was Rs.15000 and now they are asking Rs.140000. The last update was excess smoke and Blue n Me wasnt working(which was working earlier). I was fighting with Fiat service since I bought the car(2012) with same complaints. Earlier struggled with Forza Italia Madurai service center.
