Our Company First Source Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd from Chennai purchased VOIP phones from Fidem Technologies. (Very recently in 2015). They promised that they will support and send the Phones ordered within 72 hours. For a trial order, 1st phone they shipped and we had great difficulty in configuring the phone and their help was average.

when we placed 2nd order for 4 phones they got our money and did not ship for two to...
