FNF Not Released

I have not Yet recieved my FNF, I left the organisation on 12th april
firstly they said that I have not submitted the company's asset but I had sumbitted it on 19th march itself and later on they said that they have recievced the company's asset safely

But there is a BTO request raised in TP farm which needs to be closed for the FNF to be revised and that can only be closed by IT team only

FNF Settlement

Hi My name is Mayur Rajput I have worked for teleperformance for 2 months.

Not providing relieving letter

Full and final settlement not received

I was working in teleperformance thane.
I submitted my resignation on 1 march and then i severd my notice period i.e. 30 days later i even extend my notice period till 8 April.
So my last working day was 8 April 2023.
I submitted company assets on time.
Later my team leader told me to submit new resignation from myhr portal.
So i gave e-resign on 11 th April.
Now i tried contacting the hrhelpdesk...
