I admitted my son in FIITJEE Bhilai for FYCRP.At the time of admission FIITJEE incharge of Bhilai, Mr. Ganesh Pandey assured us that their teachers are professionals and they crystal clear the basics of all subjects. But the teachers are really professionals, not in teaching field but in passing their time.
The teachers are having only surface knowledge of their respective subjects.So how can we expect a high quality teaching from them.
They do not clear the basic fundamentals of subj. to students.

I Sashwat ghai hereby want to apologise to fiitjee about whatever my sister,Romina ghai, wrote about you in this forum.Out of rage, due to rude language used by some person working with fiitjee she wrote down that complaint.

Fiitjee wants her to apologise which she never will.Now i want to ask Fiitjee that whether i and my parents deserve this that our money is stopped because of pitty ego issues because of a person that has no signature on my enrollment form? That is not my legal gardian?That has no authority over me?Do i and parents need to suffer from mental torture at this age because of her?

I give full authority to Fiitjee to file any complaint against Mrs Romina ghai malhotra if they think she is being pressed upon by some other institute or anything and hereby declare that she has no concern or any kind of authority over me and my parent's money.

If Fiitjee thinks that she has defamed its name then fight with her,WHY WITH ME AND MY PARENTS??
You cannot blame me ,stop my money beacause of her deeds.

I hereby request Fiitjee to refund our money as the enrollment forms contains mine and my parents signature(not of romina ghai).

I hope my request for refund of money would be acknowledged by honorable head of fiitjee and will understand that me and my parents cannot be blamed because of some of our relative's deed.

I wanted to draw attention to the Fraud FIITJEE is conducting by enrolling bright students through promise of scholarship. Based on my son's rank in FTRE he was promised Rs 30,000 scholarship over 8 phases. FIITJE brochure does lay out that scholarship is subject to Marks and attendance during the program. My son has generally been doing well in the program and phase tests but had to skip some classes due to clash with school exams in phase 2 and was denied the scholarship. In phase 3 even though he attended the required number of classes (as seen by his note book) , FIITJE officials claim he has not attended enough classes. They have in any case removed the phase test and some of the classes in which test results were discussed from contention I have made 4 rounds to the FIIJEE Kalu Sarai centre and even though I was promised that they will show me the attendance sheet they were unable to produce any sheet barring one for the relevant period . They now claim that they do not have the record any longer and their verdict is final. Same FIIJEE officials do not have the calendar of activities with them and on enquiry in the month of May I am told it will be mailed to me (the required session has already started for last 6 weeks and I am waiting to book a ticket during peak June season for a Holiday which I can’t in the absence of calendar) , They have just conducted 1 PTM across three phases of studies *( you will be promised regular PTMs in orientation program prior to admission ) and there is no way one can get feedback. On enquiry, I was asked whether i was promised more PTMs than one in a year . Students are haphazardly shuffled in various sections, the official list on the board and the attendance sheet do not match. This creates a golden opportunity for mismatch in records so that a student is disqualified for scholarship. All this mis management is not seen as soon as they see a good result from student in a competitive exams and FIITJEE teacher ensures they take the letter from student praising FIITJEE as soon as the result is out, like they did with my son for JSTS scholarship,

All i can say is that whole scholarship scheme is a tool to attract bright student but the FIITJEE administration ensures that the deserving student can not claim that scholarship later as they no longer have any recourse to anything and once they have joined a place they are stuck

I wonder can i take this mater to consumer court especially since FIITJEE does not want to show me attendance records for relevant period

I had deposited Rs. 58,598.00 to M/s FITJEE Limited, Gurgaon on 26.03.2010 for enrollment in two years classroom program for my daughter, Lavanya Saxena with enrollment no.[protected].

Before commencement of the course I had informed to FITJEE that due to unavoidable circumstances my daughter was unable to join the said course and asked for refund. No course material was collected by me.

I understand that there was a judgement by Consumer Court that if student is not attending the course the fee is required to be refunded by the Institute.

Even after following up with FITJEE Gurgaon as well their Delhi (Kaloosarai Center) for last one year I am yet to get the fee refunded.

I threfore now approach Consumer Protection Forum for the justice.

There has bee no response from last 3 days on the request submitted by us. I have been following up with mails.As told by Mr. Rajan , Admission incharge of Chandigarh Centre, 3 days ago that Fees is not refunded at all, once the student takes calsses. Now here the srudent has yet to attend classes but still the answer is same.Why is it-When the student has not yet availed the services ,by attending the classes.

As per the court orders(attached) in of the cases filed against FIIt-JEE Ltd.- It has been clearly stated by Hon’ble State Commission in the case reported as IV (2006) CPJ 255 FIITJEE Limited versus Minathi Rath (DR.) had categorically held that the very fact of charging the lump-sum fee for the entire duration of 2 years in advance and that too for the period for which they are yet to provide the service of tuition was highly unethical, unscrupulous and unfair trade practice. It was further held by Hon’ble State Commission that no service provider can take or charge the consideration of the services which it has either not given or has not been availed. According to the Hon’ble State Commission a student or trainee may leave in the mid stream if he finds the services deficient and sub-standard and non-yielding and to tell him that the fees once paid is not refundable is uncalled for and unfair trade practice


Despite the above, I have been told fees would not be refunded. This is a sheer case of malpractice where the institution chargse for services that has not been availed.

I am failed to get response from any one of the members of FIIT-JEE institute and this shows how seriously it takes its reputation.

Since the refund is being asked prior to commencing of classes and moreover the intimation time is 7 days prior to commencement, hence I presume clause 6 of Declaration holds void(which states that if the child leaves before completeing the coursenothing would be refunded.Whereas in our case batch has not yet started and no services yet taken, towards which payment has been made).

Also, Second TnC for PDCs which states that dishonor of PDCs will be considered illegal only if a student leaves the class after starting or 2 days prior to commencemnet of batch, too becomes void.

Therefore, on clean chit basis , I request you to consider this case for refund and please let us know how the refund of money will be processed and further adjustements be made.

Since, this matter has been intimated to you well before time i.e. 7 days prior to commencement of batch , hence it is requested that a timely favorable response from FIIT-JEE may be provided. Any delay in response from FIIT-JEE should not affect our date and action of request.

Looking forward to the best positive response from the deemed instituion

I DEPOSITED 1000 RS TO FIITJEE CHAPTER OF NAGPUR FOR ADMISSION TEST OF MY CHILD . WHILE TAKING MONEY HE DID NOT GIVE ME ANY VALID RECEIPT AND HALL TICKET TO DENOTE DATE OF ADMISSION . IN THE MEANWHILE ADMN TEST WAS OVER BUT IWAS NOT AWARE OF IT . IWAS HOOWINKED BY THE INSTITUE FELLOWS AT NAGPUR . INFACT THEY DONT GUIDE PROERLY . NOW THERE IS ANOTHER DATE OF TEST ON 13 FEB BUT THEY DENIED THAT AND ME 1000 BUCKS MORE FOR THE TEST FEES . JUST LOONTO IT

My daughter Mansi Khandelwal was admitted to FIITJEE for two tear classroom integrated programme in JAIPUR. Earlier the classes were held at HAWA SADAK CENTRE but due to some reason the centre has been closed and the students of that centre are transferred to J.L.N CAMPUS which is far away from our house.
I had a talk with the FIITJEE INCHARGE regarding the TRANSPORT FACILITY for the students who have been transferred to JLN CAMPUS....

FIITJEE LTD has recently started their study centre at Durgapur, West Bengal.
My daughter ARSHIA BHATTACHARJEE appeared for the class IX admission test for Fiitjee classroom coaching on 2nd May'10 at DAV Model School, Durgapur which is conducted for deciding the fee waiver or discount according to the result of the exam.. I was told by Mr. Kanchan Tiwary an employee at Durgapur Fiitjee centre, that my daughter will get her Hall Ticket at the test centre on the day of exam. She got her hall ticket without photo, though photos were submitted with the enrolment form along with Rs.1000/-. When she was midway through her 2nd exam she was told by Mr. Tiwary that the reg. no. in her hall ticket was wrong by mistake and she would have to rewrite the Answer sheets for both the exams again. My daughter got thoroughly disturbed and could not concentrate in her 2nd exam after that. Mr Tiwary filled up the Answer sheet for the first exam himself without giving scope for my daughter to recheck. My daughter rewrote the 2nd Answer sheet. She came back home totally demoralised carrying an acknowledgement slip of the fees given for the written exam with a hand written Registration No. instead of the hall ticket. Immediately I called Mr Tiwary but he could not explain to me why my daughter was subjected to such disturbances.
I did not get the Web Access Code also for viewing her result. After 5 days when I called Mr Tiwary he told that my daughter has got 100/135 in IQ exam and 167/270 in the 2nd exam without any fee waiver or what they call scholarship. It was totally unexpected for us and my daughter broke down hearing the results. She would have got at least 75% discount in her fees had she not been subjected to this turmoil for no fault of her.
I mailed twice to FIITJEE LTD’s head office at New Delhi giving details of the above matter but they did not even had the courtesy to respond.
I hope you will take up her case her case with FIITJEE LTD such that she can get around 75% discounts. My daughter is very keen in joining FIITJEE classes .She is a bright and hard working student.

My son was admitted to Fiitjee classes for two year coaching. The Institute has promissed to conduct the classes at Chembur, Mumbai. But conducted classes at Govandi, Mumbai which is far away from our house and also my son's college.
when we have requested to shift the coaching centre to Chembur as promissed, the Institute Office at Dadar, Mumbai have given false promisses that the centre will be shifted to Chembur within three months and this has never happened.

The instittute also promissed to adjust the class timings according to the timing of his college. But this never has happened owing to which my son has lost 45 minutes of coaching each day.

he has not been attending the classes since August 2009. we have given several compliants to their Delhi and Mumbai office and till today we have not received even a single acknowledgement letter from them.

Their Co-ordinators at Mumbai have been giving false promises to look into to the matter and I have been requesting them to refund the second year fee.

please guide us the future couse of action which we can take against the Institute.

My son, Aakash kapoor had started taking IIT entrance coaching from FIITJEE ltd. under their two-year classroom program for the session[protected]. We had paid a lump sum fee od Rs.1,25,000 to the firm as per their demand for the complete time-period. My son,however, wasn't comfortable with the fiitjee environment and hence, we decided to discontinue the classes.The Fiitjee people, however, have denied any refund of fees for whatever matter.So, this complaint is being made against them in account of the formentioned subject.

My daughter is studying at the FIITJEE center at Shaktinagar (UP), Class X where it was promised last year during admmision to class IX course that weekly 3 days classes will be held for students of Class X and above. But this year the institute has reduced the no. of classes to 2 per week although in other centers like Delhi, Bhillai etc, the classes for Four year Supreme classes for X are for 3 days. (Last year the no. of classes for this institute was also for 3 days)

Moreover, fees for the current year has been drastically reduced but as they have taken post dated cheques last year amounting to Rs 1.23 lakhs, my daughters fees already studying for one year will be much higher than students who have taken admmision this year (just the opposite).

Hence it a breach of contract and so 3 days classes should be started and my proposonate fees to be returned.

WITH FOND HOPE OF DEVELOPING MY SON A AJAYKUMAR WHO HAS COMPLETED X STANDARD I HAVE GOT HIM ADMITTED IN FITJEE, ADYAR AFTER HE WAS SELECTED BY THE LATER THRU ENTRANCE EXAM. BUT THE COACHING WAS NOT LIKED BY SON AND HE COULD NOT TAKE THE CLASS BEYOND A MONTH. WE HAVE APPROACHED FITJEE, ADYAR FOR THE REFUND OF FEES PAID AFTER DEDUCTING THE EXPENDITURE INCUURED ON MY SON FOR THE ONE MONTH CLASS CONDUCTED. I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED THE REFUND THRU MY LETTER. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY WHICH WAS MY HARD EARNINGS AND SAVINGS. I HAVE PAID RS. 1.84 LAKS. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME GETTING THE REFUND FROM ABOVE INSTITUE AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME. I SHALL PRODUCE FURTHER DETAILS ON GETTING YOUR INTIMATION .
